OUR HISTORY
Since 1997, Eric Ryan has run a business providing strategic planning services to nonprofits and organizations. Over the years, he built his team and established a replicable planning system specifically for the needs of the leaders of smaller organizations.
In 2015, Eric engaged a software developer, Ricky Chilcott, and his team to create strategic planning software to catalyze the effectiveness of Eric’s planning system.
Due to their strong working relationship and shared passion for serving nonprofits, in 2018, Eric and Ricky co-founded Mission Met. They are now actively scaling the business to serve leaders of thousands of nonprofits, foundations and agencies.
