More about thrive by Mission MET
THRIVE BY MISSION MET HELPS YOU BUILD A SIMPLE STRATEGIC PLAN AND TO EXECUTE ON THAT PLAN IN A SUSTAINABLE, FAST WAY
The Cornerstone of THRIVE
The cornerstone of what you’ll learn in THRIVE is the CAPE Cycle, a powerful and proprietary four-step strategic planning method.
Step 1: Champion
You’ll learn the critical importance of “championing” the strategic planning process for your organization.
Step 2: Assess
We’ll provide you with simple tools and techniques to quickly and effectively conduct an assessment of your nonprofit.
Step 3: Plan
You’ll create a practical, two-section strategic plan within Causey, a one-of-a-kind software platform specifically designed for small nonprofits.
Step 4: Execute
We’ll help you put the systems in place to ensure that you and your team actually stick to the plan over time.
Connect with Peers
Leading a nonprofit can be an isolating experience. In THRIVE you’ll connect with and learn from nonprofit leaders like you.
As a cohort, you and other leaders will be able to connect between sessions via a web-based portal. As you move through your program, you will get and give feedback to other leaders so you can learn and grow together.
Learn from others about different nonprofit sectors and what works (and what doesn’t) as you implement CAPE with your staff and board.
Subscription to Causey
You’ll get access to Causey, strategic planning software specifically designed for small nonprofits. The platform allows you to capture your strategic plan, track progress on goals, report on successes and failures, and keep your entire team on the same page.
Causey is super easy to use and we can have you up and running in a matter of minutes.
